A&M has an enviable reputation for meeting deadlines and successfully handing over projects on schedule. We are very proud of the reputation for reliability. This has been built throughout the Company’s history and we aim to maintain it at all costs.
As an integral part of this commitment we have developed a series of procedures and processes that reflect our quality and delivery ethos. These are available to all staff via our internal A&M Intranet. Regular updates and training sessions are held to ensure that all staff is aware of our standard operating procedures.
Our overall objective is to exceed client expectations. Bureau Veritas gave us the BS EN ISO 9001 accreditation in 2016.
From project award onwards, we interact closely with clients and consultants to firmly establish all project requirements. We ensure that controls for resources, workmanship, documentation, inspection and testing, handover and all other on- and off-site activities are fully established and implemented.

We have established a robust quality management system, with skilled staff and operatives, for monitoring construction activities and for appropriate allocation of resources, equipment and plant machineries. Through regular monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), the line managers and the top management efficiently monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the system. This enables A&M to deliver construction projects on time, within budget and to the optimum quality.

ASGC believes in building long term relationships by interacting closely with clients and other stakeholders from the day of project award. We conduct regular surveys during the execution of the project, ensuring that our client is fully satisfied with all services of A&M INTERNATIONAL .
